About Our Facility We are a small, 50-bed nursing home located near the Colorado River on the California/ Arizona border and approximately 120 miles from Palm Springs. Built in 1964 the Blythe Nursing Care Center has played a special role in the community. With the Kiwanis and Rotary clubs providing generous gifts of time and goods to our residents and the facility itself along with volunteers from the local library and businesses, our residents and staff stay connected in a big way to life in our town.
